Caughthere’s a maze, for your mind around your soul, to bait and bindCaught
here’s a web, a word to tease a song to seize you, and snare with ease
here’s a poem, a word to the wise a lyric to open, awaken your eyes
then a tale, a weaving of plots to catch time, and tie it in knots
a picture painting, truer than true its thousand words gathered ‘round you
a little slower, the game winds down and laying lower, a dream on your crown
now it’s night, with silence sweet
in lazy dreams, and love
